Terms of Service for Electronic Services

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the provision of electronic services in the SaaS model by the Service Provider through the website available at seoblog.app.

Using the service means accepting these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.

The Terms are available free of charge and may be saved or printed by the user.

2. Definitions

Service / Application means the SEOBLOG SaaS platform used to generate and manage SEO content with AI support.

User means a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the service.

Account means an individual user account granting access to the panel.

Content means texts, articles, and related materials generated within the service.

3. Scope of the service

• AI-assisted generation of SEO articles and related content,
• content scheduling and publication planning,
• panel access for project, keyword, and content settings management,
• selected integrations with external CMS systems through API or FTP where available.

The user acknowledges that AI-generated content may require verification before publication and that the Service Provider does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, or sales results.

4. Registration and technical requirements

Using the full service requires account registration, providing an email address, setting a password, and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• an active email address,
• API or FTP access if the user enables CMS integrations.

The user must keep account credentials confidential and use the service lawfully and without disrupting platform operation.

5. Pricing and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and the selected billing period.

Unless stated otherwise, prices presented in the service include VAT according to applicable law.

Payments may be made using supported online payment methods or bank transfer where individually agreed.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the user's email address.

6. Term and termination

The agreement is concluded when the account is created and these Terms are accepted.

The user may cancel the service effective at the end of the current billing period.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the service in the event of non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, software, interface, branding, and related materials belong to the Service Provider or authorized licensors.

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service only for the duration and purpose of the agreement.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is liable only within the limits permitted by mandatory law.

The user is responsible for verifying generated content before publication and for the legality of materials and data introduced into the platform.

9. Complaints and contact

Complaints may be submitted by email to info@seoblog.app.

The complaint should include contact details, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution. The Service Provider responds without undue delay.

10. Final provisions

Polish law governs these Terms unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

This language version is provided for convenience. In the event of interpretation differences, the Polish version may be used as the reference wording for legal operations in Poland.
